Every order is covered by our 30-day return policy. If an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. The full procedure is set out in our Refund Policy.
Can I exchange or return my order?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for an unworn item in its original packaging. We do not process direct exchanges: request a return for the item you have, then place a new order for the model you want.
What are the delivery times?
We ship your packages within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Delivery time is generally 7 to 12 business days.
How do I care for my watch?
Keep your watch away from water, perfume and prolonged direct sunlight, and store it in its box when you are not wearing it. Clean the case and the strap with a soft dry cloth.
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States only. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value.
