A watch should be something you actually want to put on in the morning.

Rockford Watches is an independent online store selling watches and watch accessories to customers in the United States. We are a small operation, run by one person, and we would rather tell you exactly how we work than pretend to be something we are not.

What we believe

• A watch does not need a luxury price tag to be worth wearing. We sell watches you can wear every day without worrying about them.
• You should know what you are buying before you pay. The price you see is the price you pay. No shipping charge, no handling fee, no customs bill on delivery.
• Honest timelines beat flattering ones. We would rather tell you 8 to 15 business days and keep to it than promise two days and disappoint you.
• A store should be reachable by a human. One email address, one phone number, real hours, real answers.

How we work

We are an online retailer. We do not own a factory and we do not run a warehouse. When you place an order, it is prepared and dispatched by the partner who holds that item in stock, and shipped directly to your address in the United States.

That model is what keeps our prices where they are. It also means our delivery times are longer than a domestic warehouse. We prepare an order in 1 to 3 business days and delivery takes 7 to 12 business days after dispatch, so 8 to 15 business days in total. Every order is tracked, and you receive the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

We are not an authorized dealer for any watch brand, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any watch manufacturer, and we do not sell branded or licensed luxury watches. What we sell is what is shown on the product page.

• All US import duties and customs fees paid by us, before your parcel clears customs
• Tracking on every order
• 30 days to return an item you have not worn, with the return terms written out in full in our Refund and Return Policy
• Support from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM ET, with a reply within 1 to 2 business days

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship anywhere else.
